Additionally featured in this latest image drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section detailing distinct parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.
